This brings back memories of when I had to butcher pigs.
I really hated that.

I've butchered a sheep and it was freaking awesome! I got to see all the organs and everything.

I had to butcher sheep, too, but I don't find it awesome, because I'm too busy feeling bad for them.

Since we aren't doing horrendously awful sads anymore: I really want to get into Crusader Kings II, but the religion aspect makes me feel so...off (sick? angry? blurgh? all of the above and more?)...that I can't bring myself to play it. One of these days, I'll mod in some good old fashioned state sponsored secular humanism, and take over the world with compassion and mad science.

I started reading Questionable content about 3 days ago. I just now got caught up. I love this comic so much.... and now it will never be able to match the pace I was reading at the last three days... About 12 years worth of comic in 3 days....

I have butchered and culled animals before without too much stress- but it's usually quite humane.
Hunting is fun, but I feel bad if I don't get a clean kill.

On scars, I did fall off a pool ladder when I was seven and hit the back of my neck on a wooden pallet(backyard redneck pool shit Seriously though, it was one of those above gronud things, the ladder wasn't tall enough. Used a wooden pallet to level it.) and surprisingly, no scar as it just got really badly bruised.

Hasn't come back to bite me in the ass yet

I've got a scar on my eyelid. It looks pretty rad. I've also got a spot on the back of my left leg where the skin is black, killed permanently by staph. No one really notices it. :p

Someone should invent a sparring weapon which lets you cut loose without breaking bones.
Even the most active 'contact' disciplines like kendo make you wear bulky crap.
