Most of them are minecraft-based types who tend to work together.
Vinesauce is a conglomerate of Youtubers.
There's only a couple of independents in that list.

I'm not super proud to admit it, but I'm still subscribed to a bunch of the Yogscast channels. Mostly because I like modded Minecraft, but I'm not fond of singleplayer and don't have anyone to play with, and I'm somewhat fond of the fake drama they often have going on between themselves.

Among the ones people have already mentioned, I'm also subscribed to TB and Jesse, though I usually only watch TB's videos if they sound really interesting and I don't have anything better to do.

I still subscribe to a few Yogscast channels, but it's mostly Sips or Sjin more than the "original Yogscast" Simon and Lewis. They are more subdued and play some genuinely interesting looking indie games so it's one of the ways for me to keep track of what's going on in the indie scene from a consumer POV.

I've started watching Christopher Odd recently. A lot more relaxed and subdued compared to most LPers, more the kind of LP I like compared to the "OMG I SO CRAZY WATCH ME JOKES" ones.

Mind you most LPs aren't usually something I sit down and watch, they're something I like to have in the background whilst doing other things (coursework, studying, general programming, cleaning, gaming etc) if I don't have any good podcasts or audio books to listen to.

Though the group playthroughs of The Yawhg the Yogscast have done a few times are fairly entertaining, just because there aren't many group playthroughs of The Yawhg on YouTube and I have yet to convince some friends to play it with me over drinks xD Which makes me sad, for The Yawhg seems like it would be quite fun with a few friends over drinks.
