I want to complain but reading this thread I have a feeling that my problems are pretty trivial teenaged bullcrap.
Hey, I complain like that too and I'm very close to no longer being a teenager!

Well, then you'll be a twenteenager.

My wife and I agreed that the moment we realize there's a misunderstanding, we cease anything resembling hostilities.

There's still some heightened emotions at times, but it's easier to resolve that when we can just blame it on unfortunate circumstance.

Quote from: Chesterton
For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

And here's the funny part - not sharing makes sure noone cares because it's impossible to care about what you don't know about.

@Shakerag - when I wrote that it was supposed to invoke more of a "so just start posting because we will care" feeling when I wrote it rather than the heal of bitter it feels like on reread. Sorry about that.

Put seriously, when you want to tell us something, tell us.

Today someone lifted a football up with their foot (so as if they were about to kick it but before it left contact with the foot) right onto the head of my dick.
Pain :(

That's a very... targeted ball. Onto the -head-, you say?

How do they know where the head specifically is? Usually it's just the whole area that's a target...

Because I was stood right next to him.
I think it was more luck than aim as well. I would just have appreciated luck being somewhere else.

Yes, I really shouldn't take it out of the display case...

I had this happen once with a soccer ball. Serious pain, yeah. Not fun.

I once got sniped by a rugby ball (AKA a football for you yanks) in the groin from the middle of nowhere in my old school. It just appeared from the sky and BLAM. The sport tutor who was in the wrong was too drunken and to much of a fuckass to apologize.

Also my sad don't even feel like a sad anymore so I don't think sharing it will help any.

I am sick. Not very sick, or dangerously sick (I have the immune system of a particularly hardy ox, because I refuse to use hand sanitizer, I actively expose myself to lots of people in public spaces so I 'train up' my immune system, and I don't go to the doctor and get antibiotics every time I feel sick, only when I'm legitimately in danger from the illness. I know some people will think I am a fool, but let me put it this way: Where you will get sick and be laid up for two weeks, I will get sick for a single day, half as bad as you were for that week, and be over it by the next day, because I actually use my immune system instead of hiding behind hand sanitizer and antibiotics. :P Also, I NEVER get sick. This is the first time in two years that I've been legitimately considering calling into work. So. Yeah.)

All that doesn't make it any funner to be sick though. :/ My throat hurts, my spine hurts, and I can feel the sickness in my flesh. Blurgh.
