Like, anything at all.
But I want to do something, anything. I don't even feel like playing a stupid video game, is how much I just don't feel like doing anything. But if I do nothing, then I feel unproductive, even if it's just playing a game, at least it feels like I'm trying to reduce my stress level, which is productive.
But I feel like doing nothing at all, not even sleep, which would be very productive, particularly when you take into account that I have to work tomorrow, and I should really be getting some sleep anyway.
I don't know if it's a lack of interests, a lack of work ethic, or what, but I feel very lacking right now with regard to this.

It's making me way more upset than it should be.
I didn't even feel like typing this.

Hnnnooo, probably not. Well, not just bored. That's more likely a heavy depression symptom, especially if things that previously motivated you (such as, perhaps, games) no longer do. Full blown apathetic/energyless malaise is considerably more than boredom, unfortunately.
