That was because of legal copyright stuff that was going on in Japan at the time, so Ken pulled the plug on the series to ensure that he couldn't lose the rights to handle his stuff the way he wanted to. There's a sequel series going on right now which started recently called UQ Holder that may or may not resolve some of the dangling plot threads.

I believe there's an industry quote floating around saying that women are half of the gaming market.  The quote goes on to explain this is mainly due to tablet/smart phone portable gaming which is a huge new market and has a large female following.

Most people myself included use a definition similar to Tack's, which is a different thing than the above statement which was taking the economic view.

I am openly chauvinistic

I feel like you want people to criticize you, so normally I wouldn't.  Especially because this would make 2 confrontational posts on the same topic within like 3 pages.  But this was too much so here goes.  The definition of "male chauvinism" (actually chauvinism means something different) that the internet spat out was "the belief that women are innately inferior to men" or the flip that men are superior.  This is different from saying, say "I'm a devout republican" because those statements go to every reader who is democrat and say "I disagree with you".  That is an acceptable message.  Your statement says to every female forumgoer "I believe myself superior to you" which, while a common internet message, is massively rude when stated directly.  So you should stop saying it.

To put it in perspective, the racial version of what you just said is "I am openly white supremacist".  While you may be using a different definition than the internet one remember that people will use the common definition rather than your own personal definition.

You misspelled seance.  Are possessing Draignean?  Are you actually a ghost in the shell? You have to tell us if you are, that's the rule

Yes, laugh at the ending, ignore the awesomeness. I chose blow up the reapers and it was great even before the shitty patch.

I would find it odd if they weren't. Why would there be a difference between that and the distribution in the general population?

pre-IOS it was mainly male, on consoles and PC, thats why you usually see most PC/console games made for guys
whereas IOS is sorta "everyone-friendly"

Ah, the murricans awake, i must flee

Are you saying women cannot enjoy things like that? It's an odd sentiment.

Eh, if you look for sexism, you'll find it.
Stereotypes are a logical conclusion to the beginning inference which is a noticeable majority.
Hence Stigma.
Also varieties of research 'and almost research, re: men from mars, women from venus' have shown how seperate genders can have very different interests, purely based on nothing more than their gender.
Hence Testosterone and Wargames.

Are we done here, Reverend Hale?
