i'll make a point of saying i dislike speaking of my impending blindness publicly simply because people make such a big deal out of it, only did it because max's in for the same ride (probably. i know nothing and wish nothing)

seriously, i've known it'll happen for years now, what causes it, yadda yadda yadda. you really do get used to the thought that any other minute one of your eyes will go "well fuck this" and the other will follow a while later

besides take into account if stem cells do work the very obvious limitation called a cost factor will fuck people's shit up

so yeah we can move on now.

Fixing up people's sight is covered under what the NHS will do, and I imagine most countries with nationalised healthcare too.

Pre-existing condition?

Worst thing that can happen is that it fixes, but not enough.

I'm not as afraid of the pain of rejection as I am of the pain of never knowing, since I've already felt the latter all summer.
This reminds me of my summer. [Insert Sad Face of Choice Here]

I get paranoid enough as it is that I might have inherited my dad's colour blindness.
I'm still amazed by the fact that there are adult people who don't know that they are colorblind. You could test yourself with this here thing.

The number is the total amount of pairs of colors that were in the wrong order. By the way, I got a 0.

I don't even see more than three or four different colours per row o.o

Might just be my screen though...

Lower is better. Above 100 means color blind in some way, I think. I got 37.

I played around with that colour test.

The results say that the score is based on a scale of 0 to 99, with 0 being a perfect score.

But I've seen scores in the negatives as well as in the millions.

:V

Also, my blue-purple seems to be a bit off. But I've known that ever since the argument I had with my friends over what colour a Gamecube is.

39, but I'm disinclined to trust the results in any way. Apparently the lowest score in my age/gender group was -400-something.
