Given the fact that I've been too broke to replace the headset of mine that broke 2 years ago, I've been using Earbuds.
And these things are starting to rip apart my ears.
Like, blood is running out of my ears now. No joke.

On a serious note, go to a doctor or something, that is not healthy.

I wear earbuds nearly 14 hours a day. I don't have those sorts of problems AT ALL.

Check to see if an edge has sharpened and see if you just got cut somehow. If not see a doctor since pretty much if blood is ever pouring out of you for any reason you can't attribute to a period, a minor cut or high altitude and thin nose veins then it's time to go to the doctor.
