I can't help myself but wonder every time I see something being decried by society ("that senator is soliciting gay sex in a bathroom!"  "that woman is in a relationship with two men at once!"  "so-and-so is a racist/bigot!") how many of the people saying those things are, at the same time, thinking to themselves "... and I hope no one finds out I'm doing the same thing" or "hey that sounds appealing to me".

Far, far too often...

My favorite is when people accuse others of laziness...

I am smart enough to know I am a fool, and too lazy to admit I am lazy. :P

Well, we could put two and two together and write a book: "The Shit that Hans and Max Did: You Won't Believe This Shit."

I'll happily admit that I'm lazy, but I'm too lazy to do anything about it.

I would kill for your sorrow

Here's four things I am going to get done today no matter what in order to help combat my massive depression:

a. Make the bed
b. Tidy the room
c. Watch the first episode of Attack on Titan
d. Finish the last hundred pages of "Six Records of the Floating World."

BONUS!!: Translate something.

Positive stuff I did today: went running, actually ate something healthy and got seconds, took my fish-pills, wrote in diary, had delicious ice cream, updated Mafia game in a reasonable and timely way

Negative stuff I did today: sat around all verklempt because I'm pretty sure that if they were going to offer me the job they would have done it by now--they said they'd have an answer for me by Tuesday =[

Last time I had to do poetry all of it was centered on school and how horrible it was.  Somehow I actually got a hundred on it.
I'm in the same sort of situation right now.  English teacher told us when we were getting ready to leave class that we have to write a friendly four paragraph letter.  It's going to count as a quiz grade, it's due tomorrow, and I have no idea what to even write.

Fair enough. I admit, its not really that bad, I just feel really anxious and my brain feels all mushy now because the rush from my ADD medication caused me to spend 2 hours over concentrating and wasting my time on finishing the rules for my mecha game.

This reminds me. I still need to find (if it actually exist) an English copy of that Russian version of the Lord of the Rings where, well, you kinda said it already :P

You're looking for The Last Ringbearer. You can go here for the second edition of the english translation. Translation and distribution appears to have been given the go-ahead by the original author, so. Have fun.

So I was talking to my step-mom about childhood memories and that I couldn't remember most of mine, when she said that it was probably because of how much my mom abused me. Wasn't the best time to be told that..

I can't stand my family right now, and it makes me feel like a terrible person, especially since I just went between houses (separate parents), and it makes me feel like I like one family more even though that isn't the case. I don't even know what it is, just that everything people say seems to tick me off lately.
