What makes it hard?

Also, another non random thing I used to do was use a random way of choosing, and then gauged my reaction. Often between choices I could not make on my own when forced into one I would ether be happy I was forced into that one or sad that I was. And that would allow me to actually gauge what I wanted to do and do things accordingly.

Unfortunately, after a year or so of this, my subconscious has picked up on it, and when I do it I no longer feel happy or sad about the picked choice, because I recognize it as non binding. In fact, in retrospect. This might have hurt my decision making even more so, since now even random choices that decide before hand should be binding... Well. I have issues keeping them binding. So. Maybe not a good idea to over indulge in this decision making, but if you are really stuck it might help you out in the short term.
