Yeah I've done that, only with task manager though, and there's no obvious culprit. Though really I don't want to fix it when it breaks, I want it to not break at all.
Mm... sounds like you need to activate seeing processes from all users or whatnot, if you can. To at least see what's causing it. If it's something that requires that, though, it might (doubtful, but not impossible. Most of the stuff behind that toggle is services junk) not be related to the game. And maybe get process explorer. It is Nth times more awesome than task manager, ha.

Hear yeh on the just want it to not break, though. It's always nice when it doesn't...
Gotta get Process Manager. Task manager can only do so much.

Our garden needs vegetables that are highly resistant or repulsive to slugs and snails.

The little bastards are EVERYWHERE!
Bowl of beer inclined and lined with butter, place well away from fraternities and vegetables and you have a slug trap.
I hear that only makes it worse, since all the slugs of the entire neighborhood will start converging on your garden, but you could build a 50m radius ring of beer traps in the neighborhood around your garden.

"Well away from fraternities and vegetables" may in this case mean "in your most disliked neighbor's garden" solving several birds with a single beer buttered stone.

... sounds like something LW would suggest, really.

These FUCKING KITCHEN SPAMBOTS!

Christ! It's like trying to kill off cockroaches. For every one you kill, five more appear.

That's what I call effective marketing: once you make your customers associate your kitchens with cockroaches. But seriously, of all possible products, why kitchens?

We are doomed. It's just that whatever is going to kill us all just happens to be, from a scientific standpoint, pretty frickin' awesome.

We just need to leave out something poisonous with a delayed effect. Let them all get a taste before they realize what's happening, then WHAM!

Perhaps we could spam their server with mermaid farm advertisements?

I even saw one for kitchens in Leeds.
And AFAIK I am the only frequent poster on this forum who that would be a good idea to market to (Unless greatorder isn't in London). What even.

An xckd, but the idea of harassing other spambots with mermaid farm bots is too fun to ignore.

Today was my uncle's funeral that I couldn't even go to because my grandparents are sort of disabled and I had to stay with them (which is also why I'm on my phone today).

Granted, I didn't know him very well because he lived 3 hours of travel from here, but that's still a very depressing thing, not as much for me as for the rest of my family.  :'(

These FUCKING KITCHEN SPAMBOTS!

Christ! It's like trying to kill off cockroaches. For every one you kill, five more appear.

I know of one forum that just made it a requirement to check a box affirming whether or not you were human in order to post/make an account. I've never seen a spam bot there.

It's a simple solution and it's easy to work around once it's discovered, but that's assuming the creators care enough to notice.

I'm seeing this on a lot of forums lately, even CataDDA forums uses that system AFAIK.
