I too would offer to take one if I lived anywhere near you. My cat's lived with a Burmese mountain dog before, he'll be fine with a kitten.

I mean think about it. You are working hard. Stressful day at the office. Need something to relax. So you just go and rent a kitten for a short time and then return to work refreshed. Or else your on a date and want to seem sweet, so you go to the kittenary and spend some time together with a kitten. Or maybe you want your own kitten but aren't sure if you are allergic, so you trial run one for a while and see how it goes!

Well I'm assuming you could sell them as they start to get older. They would be very socialized at that point, so they would be friendly enough.

You do know that shelters actually ask for volunteers to come pet their baby animals and help socialize them, right?  You don't even have to pay.

I'm sick of being afraid that I wont pass most of my classes this year, but I just can't stop. This is made all the worse by knowing that it's all my fault, that I really just didn't care enough to try.

And now I just feel like I'm fishing for sympathy or trying to get someone to motivate me. Like maybe if someone tries to give me a kick in the pants I can just tell myself I'll try, but I know that in reality I won't.
