The windowpisser also exercises sometimes and jumps around so much that the ceiling and stuff in my room shake and make noise ;_;

I'm really stressed out.

Can't you report him? He sounds like he's breaking just about every code for apartments and dorms.

It's not quiet hours, so.

He has been reported for window-pissing, but I don't want to get a reputation.  They already acted like I must be making it up the first time.

You're never going to get anywhere if you are constantly worrying about "getting a reputation". Have some willpower. People are lazy, they must be made to act.

There is nothing wrong with getting a reputation as someone who doesnt take shit from others.

Think of the reputation he'd get! I wouldn't want to be known as a guy who pisses out his window onto someone else's balcony or air conditioner or whatever.

Yesterday I had to do a bunch of paperwork concerning taxes, healthcare, census, telephone, et al.

Made me realize how simpler would life be if I was like Kim Jong Un and my word was law

The problem with that is that I would try to make the best law possible. Its a lot more stressful doing taxes for everyone than doing your own.

I think, or at least prefer to live in the universe where, the windowpisser is peeing out the window because of novelty, or maybe not wanting to flush the toilet at night or some shit. I don't think he actually knew he was hitting anything.

Doesn't make it any better or less gross, but people generally are not intentionally assholes.

This is an important and often overlooked point, people are often only assholes because they don't know that they are assholes.
