Yes, no, yes (well, it's moved over the course of the headache and has always included the top, but always excluded one side).

Ibuprofen has reduced the headache's severity, but the nausea continues. What a shitty way to wake up.

It's likely you've got a migraine, and you might continue to get migraines at irregular intervals. Sorry. :( I've got these too and they vary from "annoying and mildly painful" to "AGHHH I MUST LIE DOWN IN AND GO TO SLEEP IN A DARKENED ROOM STRAIGHT AWAY."

You might want to take an anti - emetic to stop you feeling nauseous if possible. If you've got any ginger in the house, wikipedia says this might do. O_o Otherwise you'd probably be looking at popping into a pharmacy.
Supposedly, the ginger works by using it's vacuum (caused by the lack of a soul), to siphon the pain out of you. They feed on your pain.

I've heard dandelion tea can be very helpful with migraines.

You may not like this, but I'm going to say it anyway: She's telling you she's using you and disinterested, and that she likes the other guy.  You should break up.  I'd strongly suspect that she's trolling you for a reaction to provoke your ire, based on having been that person.  Nothing on heaven or earth was going to change me as long as I had someone I had to lean on.

So, basically: the best thing for everyone in this situation is for you to stop enabling her, because she's abusing you.

You know that feeling of despair, that sinking gut felling you repress for months at a time only to blow it the one night you are free of burden?

That old fear of stagnation?  Worse; circling the drain (about the scariest stone-alone moments ever)?  that feeling plus my outdated social life that's only spotlighted by my attempts to cement alone time with she who shall not be pinned down is really sucky.

Now here I sit, my grandiose dreams about life as fictional as not, musicks flowing by softy and sadly.  With a fe*w* glasses of whiskey burning my stomache, I'd write poetry were I sober. . .

Worse is how I think back to how happy I was as the ignorant party guy with an acceptable social life.  Why was I happier as a tool?

EDIT: and yet enough is left unspoken but realized. . .

I don't even know where to put this. I don't know how I'll feel in a day, I don't know how I ought to feel, but I'm upset and confused and I have to vent. Probably won't even post this.

It's relationship stuff, so go ahead and skip over it if you wish.

Man, that sucks. Yeah, you might want to consider ending the relationship. Do remember that you are the one in it, you are the one that truly knows what's going on, and therefore you are the one that needs to take the decision, not us. Sit down and think deeply about the whole relationship, and what will be better for the you and her.

You should feel whatever you feel about it, whether it's lost, angry, bitter, sad, happy, confused, schadenfreudical, whatever--whether it's nonsense or makes sense.

If I can't tell you how to act well, then I definitely can't tell you what you should be feeling.  As an exercise, I'd suggest just closing your eyes and focusing on your breathing, not trying to think about anything in particular.  This will help you recenter yourself and deal with whatever you've got going on.

(I'll note that when I was a crapbasket I wasn't being cruel either; abusive behavior is not really dependent on intent.  This isn't to change your mind, just to, uh, put it down for the record)

My computer has decided it hates me. Can't function for even ten minutes. This depresses me because I've just recently been offered the chance to work on a very intriguing Skyrim mod. Can't even scribble in the CK because my computer will flop over dead, so I'm relegated to offering my opinion on others' work :c

I'm going to second Vector's stance on this.  Absolutely do not reinforce control issues.  Don't put up with being taken for granted.  Don't be treated like a pet because you care.  When you get sick of being treated like a pet and protest against it, don't let her turn it into a guilt trip.

There's no way for me to know the whole situation, but the things you've described are very familiar to me.  If you allow it, it can drag on for years and be a horrible burden on you.  She will always have you believing that she needs you, and the time isn't right to press the issue.  You have to demand that she give you as much respect as you give her, and leave if she can't give it to you.  You deserve a healthy relationship, and she deserves to learn that she will never have one until she alters her behavior.

And here I thought Bay12 was free of the petty stupid anti-redhead shit that plagues my life. Fuck you.

Even B12ers attempt humor that may be found in bad taste by some.  Benefit of doubt is deserved.  Reaction is a bit harsh.

Salmon, you speak wisely. Lagslayer couldn't've known the abuse I've received from my peers for being a redhead, but then again discretion should be used when making some jokes. To me it's just as offensive as someone saying 'n****r'.

If it's any consolation, I think red hair is awesome.  I'm surprised that anyone would receive so much abuse for it that it would reach that level of offense to them.
