Well what that implies to me is that she has an abusive/controlling/etc boyfriend or something, and well, that's what interventions and restraining orders are for.

Unless it was a Chechen boyfriend.

I'm sorry...shouldn't be making jokes of such a topic, but hey...the world is a fucked-up place

I'm not sure how many of you know about the Muppet Babies pornography thread that existed on the MSPA forums (Does not contain actual pornography), but not, Andrew Hussie's comics that he drew there are gone. Just gone. This is a sad day.

That is tragic. That thread survived five years while still remaining decently readable.

Good night, sweet prince.

I've just generally been feeling bad about myself the last few days, since school started, really. I haven't done anything productive other than going to school, and when I don't have anything to do, this really shitty feeling just crops up.

Okay, so I have a Sad/Wtf, and this was closer to the top. . .

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
I admit I have no solution, I have a brother who seems like he's slowly isolating himself from me and my family too.  I dunno if pursuing him, trying to spend time with him, trying to do nice things for him will help.  Maybe humoring him, like accepting his sudden homosexuality and just getting him to spend time with you and talk.  Maybe apologizing for what you did to him in the past.

Seriously, just telling him you accept his homosexuality (whether it's his choice or not) could make a world of difference.  When people said they accepted the fact that I'm gay... seriously it was life-changing, like a huge weight was taken off my shoulders.

His renouncement of women could be on the emotional/romantic side, as well. Which given his history as you've given it, wouldn't surprise me. He might still be physically attracted to women but...

Yeah....when you've turned a member of the opposite sex gay (even if he didn't actually have anything to do with it), that's an ego-killer.

Maybe it was too soon.

So I've been thinking. Somewhen along the train of thoughts, I lost track. And now I forgot entirely what I was thinking about. 'tis annoying, frankly.
