I wanted to try out a character idea in our DND sessions, but the thing is, we just don't because 1 member of our group can't come. And it was gonna be a cool character idea. Heck, I was willing to write a full on STORY based on him/her, for use as backstory.

People can always change. But it's seldom quick. People are more evolution and adaptation based than epiphany based.
