You sure its not just a loose wire, sometime they break where they come from the rubber bit in from, just open it up and solder.  Have done this twice and made a paperclip into wheel axel when it broke, still going.

Well. I got the cord right here and it looks alright. I will go get the other parts from the other room and take a look. But I don't think the issue is that it is a lose wire.

The wire can be broken inside the insulation, It seems to be common enough. it the light showing up or is it a movement issue.

Starting to think I shouldn't of eaten that slice of pumpkin pie that had been sitting on the kitchen counter for a few days.

I first interpreted this as "having a little problem with my dangling gonads right now". Which led me to wonder exactly how Swedish dentistry works.  ???
I think the first bit was 'talking', but yeah, the latter was definitely gonads.

Well, the rather apart tradition of Swedish dentistry does stem from a unfortunate but rather humoristic misunderstanding of the whole "oral treatment" thing...

I'd certainly be more willing to go to the dentist.

Ugh. All this dentistry talk reminds me. I have 2 teeth where the fillings fell out. And the last dentist I went to refused to fix them because he said I needed dental surgery first. That was several years ago. I have not gone back for a variety of reasons: no insurance, no time, no money, life falling apart. Now one of those teeth has begun to hurt, and hurt in a way that I can't always ignore. And the worst part is that I have had insurance now for a year and simply ignored it. Partly because I have a very strong "dislike" of doctors do to the way they treated me as a child and that seems to have rubbed off on dentists as well.

So, they discontinued the Kindle, then the store ran out of them on the day I wanted to get one. Awesome.

I'm coming down with something. My throat hurts when I swallow, and I had a headache yesterday.

I don't want to be sick tomorrow, because not only do I have quizzes tomorrow (secong Friday of school, 10 day, I, for the first timme in my life, am enjoying school. My dad told me that highschool would be the best school years, and he was right. I'm loving 9th grade. Everybody's friendly, I think a girl already likes me, and the work's been easier than middle school. Here's to hoping I don't miss school...
