Speculation: he didn't get surgery, but a stent via hemodinamics. Sometimes (rarely, to be fair) the stents occlude shortly after being implanted. I've seen it happen.

Odd bit of trivia: I had this vague idea that Neil Armstrong was black. Was probably mixing him up with Louis Armstrong

I know he was old. I know everyone dies at some point. But this has really shaken me up. The man was an idol of mine, and one of the reasons as a teenager I fell in love with the concept of space and chose Physics as a career.

RIP Neil.

Just puked up a full liter of water, plus some extra acid on top. It's not just food poisoning.
