True, you really need to learn to kick people the hell out of your office.

Wait for them to die. Although something tells me the next generation won't be much better.

Eh, I.... Kinda? That's what I bill for so ....

I'm charging people for that but I have to cut them off? I'm a knowledge bartender who has to cut people off aren't I?
Yes, that's exactly it.

At least learn how to kick out people who aren't paying you.

Dude is like 83 years old. I'm afraid I'll give him a stroke or a heart attack or something.

But it'll be ok because Obamacare! :D

This is a golden opportunity where a heart attack can legitimately win you the argument!

My girlfriend works sorting cherries. I used to work too but I had to quit for health reasons as I was 120 pounds at 5'10" and it was extremely difficult for me to work the long hours they wanted.

Yesterday my girlfriend had to go in at 7AM and worked until 11PM. Today she once again had to go in at 7AM and she just texted me during a break saying that they had to stay until 11PM again and they have to come in a 7AM again tomorrow.

It is a minimum wage job too. **** that, even with overtime. She already developed back and muscle spasms and tendonitis in her shoulder from the job (but then again she also has had injuries to that area that have caused her trouble before) and is extremely unhappy with the job but she is afraid that she wouldn't be able to find another job and that in the end I will have to take student loans because she won't be able to afford her half of the bills and have to borrow money from me. I'm currently having trouble finding any job myself. Not even McDonalds will take me.

What series and how long is it?
Oh, Chronicles of an Age of Darkness. It was ten books, which sounds rather long, but the books were all (well, mostly) set over the same period of time from vastly different perspectives across the world.
Those ten books are still an incredible read, though. I recommend them!

To keep this on-topic, I had a hearing test today and yes, I do have moderate loss of hearing due to nerve damage. And now I apparently have to see a GP, make an appointment with ENT, (Ear Nose Throat specialists, or something) and then go back to the Hearing specialists to look at getting a hearing aid.  ::)
This is getting to be almost as bad as the unemployment stuff I have to do already. (Don't get me started on that! They could at least add a few more 'on hold' songs to listen to in the 1 hour-plus waiting times they put you through.)

I recently uninstalled World of Warcraft, I had unsubscribed about a month ago and finally got around to the uninstall.

I had a music addon for WoW that played music from my music folder when triggered by events, like combat and particular opponents.  This addon apperantly did that by doing a mklink which is the microsoft version of a symlink, to my main music folder.

When world of warcraft uninstalled it uninstalled everything in the addons folder, including the contents of that symlink.  All of my MP3 collection, a paltry 83 hours of music, mostly nostalgic video game remixes, gone.   No recovery.   All I have left is a handful of files that were in the DF>Soundsense folder, and an indeterminate amount in an old MP3 player I can't find the USB link cable for.
