Somebody told me I have AIDS, cancer, and that my mom also has cancer. My feelings are in shambles because of this vicious verbal assault. I wish people would be more caring these days.
I'm a bad person
And somebody is a piece of shit nobody that no one should give a fuck over.
Just use your brains Aaron you can win this battle

Well, it requires a third part who is likely to believe the insult, for one, doesn't it? Personal insults that aren't in front of a crowd (and general vulgar insults not intended to be believed, especially in anger) usually get a by, no?

It was on a certain forum, so not as bad as if someone said it to me in person. But actually, I'm not too bugged. Seriously, what kind of an insult is "You have cancer!" anyway? That's one of the dumbest insults I've ever heard.

Primarily dutch. Remember, in English, we tell people to go and have a pleasant night with someone else, and it's viewed as an insult, so it's mostly insults that are weird.

I'm not sure if I'm gonna keep exercising. I love it, I really do, but after it's over I end up depressed for like over an hour. Drained, no energy and an extremely negative outlook on everything.

:/

I thought exercise was supposed to make a person feel better, not like they're going through some sort of drug come-down.

Do you eat a little before exercising?

In my (limited) experience, exercising can make your body dump waste through your liver/kidneys, which can make you feel crappy, along with low blood sugar if you're not eating well.

Exercise is an... exercise in pain, for me. Endorphins? I don't think I have those.

For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.
