Apparantly my feet are not lined up with my knees. AKA, i need alot more muscle to run as fast as somebody with properly lined up knees and feet.

On the bright side, my orthotics (?) are working, and my feet are alot better then last year.

I empathize with you. My feet are incredibly flat. (I can cause suction between one of them and the ground by angling the foot a bit.) It makes excessive walking a pain (literally), and running for exercise is much more difficult - even with my orthopedic shoe pieces and knee braces, it still hurts.
