I really should learn French. And finish my English work.

I should do a lot of things.

I'm hungry, and I can't get food from the kitchen, but I don't want to leave the house to get food because I'd miss Soli's stream.

Sigh... another debate on the internet blown up by someone who is more interested in freaking out than comparing thoughts, and leaves in an explosive rage when I encourage a more civil tone.

Bleh... home from a very pressured day at work on four hours of sleep... not really tired but feeling kinda ill... don't feel like doing anything, but hate to end a day without having done anything but work

I feel like all my problems are in my head. Which wouldn't be so bad if it didn't mean that they're constantly following me; I've been losing sleep, unable to concentrate on anything, angry and occasionally tearful for no reason, etc.

I can think all I want but if I don't take action, it's all meaningless.

I finally finished Code Geass.  The whole thing.

...holy fuck, despite the general decline of quality in the second season... it's such an incredible ending :/

Yeah, I got a distinct feeling that they went into season 2 with the ending planned based on season 1, but Executive Meddling in the form of the new time slot and the audience they were supposed to appeal to as part of it made the whole road getting there extremely difficult to pull off coherently.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Car battery died. Not "Oh, I need a jump," died, but "Fuck you, I won't hold a charge," died. *mourn*

It's 8 years old. The warranty on car batteries is only 18 months. I mean, I got a lot of use out of it, but damn. I don't get paid 'til tomorrow and can't take my munchkin anywhere.

I got a kick start on my vespa. Booyah.

On the other hand, it doesn't even come with a stock battery at all. I had mine inserted by the mechanic for a more reliable horn and blinkers.

"Man why the fuck is my car shaking so bad?"

and the tread on my front tire comes loose and flies off. Damnit! Good thing it was on a lone country road, and nobody else was involved in my hasty stop to pull over.

I'm pretty sure my Cavalier would be a bitch to kick-start. I'll have to ask my dad.
