Hey, if Vector mis-writes a number that people are relying on, MILLIONS could die, depending on the application! No pressure, Vector. :P
Except that's fine motor skills, not hand eye coordination, I should know, I have none of the former, lots of the latter.

My mom really wasn't expecting me to turn into this much of a tomboy, much less one who spends so much time in places she doesn't consider "the real world."
Reality is often less real than fiction.

Tell her that sometimes, you don't do stuff to do well on your work or otherwise become successful. Sometimes, you just want to have fun.

Or, you could always pull the, "I'm an adult now and I will do as I please, dammit," card.

Unfortunately that one's easily countered by the "My house, my rules"-card.

Although, Vector. She might have a point - without video games to distract you, you had to master becoming awesome instead with all that free time. :P

Sad because I thought my video card had a Dual-Link DVI output, but I was wrong.  Now I have to get an adapter of some kind to get my new monitor to work.

Bah, that argument is way, way too valid.

Blaaaaarghhhhh writing a statement for uni application is so fucking hard.

Also, either Neonivek or Aq gotta post more, I want my place as the number ⑨ back.

The argument to trump them all:  practicality does not equal fulfillment, and the value of a life without fulfillment, while debatable to some extent, is certainly not very much.

Well, if there's one way to get me to post, it's to mention my name.  I had no idea I was about to slip off the Top 10, for the first time since... ever.

And yes, describing yourself in writing is immensely hard and a soul-crushing experience, especially to an entity you're trying to impress.

The worst part's probably to a) not lie and b) not to come across as a dick.

And holy fuck Aq's the Hastur of the forums.

Sorry Aqizzar, Duke, our time is over.  The day of the Forum Games and Roleplaying Kids Who Post 400 Fucking Times a Day is rising.

Sorry Aqizzar, Duke, our time is over.  The day of the Forum Games and Roleplaying Kids Who Post 400 Fucking Times a Day is rising.

Where is the horse and the rider?
Where is the horn that was blowing?
They have passed like rain on the mountain, like wind in the meadow.
The days have gone down in the West behind the hills into shadow.
How did it come to this?

I don't think I'm in as much danger as I suspect.  #11 is Deon at a thousand below me, then #12 Pandarsenic for less 2400.

I suppose it's perfectly rational that looking at the Members By Posts list, I recognize every name on the first page, and I think Merchant of Menace is the newest name on the list.

Nope :3

I'd have dethroned Toony ages ago, but I just don't have anything interesting or even relevant to contribute to the srs bsnss threads.

I believe the strangest mystery is I don't even post in any board but General Discussion and even that is usually limited.

I spend most of my time on B12 snarking posters I don't like (almost everybody) and trying to feel cool.
