I am terribad at ice skating. I can maintain my balance okay but when I try to go forward, it's like "QWOP...On Ice!"

It's infuriating. I mean, I'm there pumping my legs like a Corgi on a treadmill...and getting about as far as the Corgi does. Some day I will discover the hidden secret of skate propulsion.

Circles.  You must cut the side of the ice, not treadmill jog.

You mostly push your feet out to the side at an angle.

Edit:

My manager just ran the numbers on it.  I've easily made 40% of my year's salary in profit for the company in a single day.

CrazyGoggs released another This Troper video today. I watched it. You shouldn't. Ever. Don't ask.

This troper is wondering why the above poster would be insane enough to even consider doing such a thing.

Watching the video, that is.

Maybe I just hate myself. It just finished playing in the background, all 20 minutes of absolute horror. Not "Friday the 13th" horror, actual "senseless bloody evil of humanity" horror.

I would have linked it properly, if I wasn't using an Ipod Touch to surf the web. Guess I'll also have to wait until:

Someone posts a link
I get to a computer

Look guys, I am not joking. This thing is horrible, absolutely horrible beyond all rational thought, and I will never ever post a link to it or take responsibility for any links posted to it. You do not want to watch the video. Just don't do it.
