Just got email from "friend" whom I'd performed free legal work for even.... She tried to fix me up with a friend of hers, a female friend.... I told her the truth. I only like men and am trans.... She's wrote back, is pissed, thinks I'm a freak and expressly asked me to never talk to her again.... I just... really, really am starting to be bitter. I love being a third class citizen. Long as I'm useful right...?
Ignore her. It's not like you want to keep around someone who doesn't even try to keep up to a minimum baseline of politeness.

I have lost the ability to sleep. Just all together.
I mean it has been getting worse and worse, for the last two weeks I haven't been able to sleep without the tv on. Don't know why, but it helps, but tonight I just can't sleep.
Thinking of trying leaving the lights on. No idea why but it might help. I mean the tv helped, so who knows...

I haven't had power since Saturday.  ;_;

Classes were cancelled Monday, but were supposedly open today.  However I get on campus to find that class is cancelled anyway.  So now I'm just gonna chill on campus with my stinky self and be all like, yeah I got electricity.

I also found out the past few days that my house is designed entirely for the consumption of electricity.  We have electric heat, electric water pump, electric stove, electric everything.  So I've just been wrapping myself up loads and loads of clothes since I've had to deal with 9C/40F inside the house for awhile now.  Argh.  I was suppose to do so much with Leafsnail argh argh.  And of course since I'm so far away from everybody I don't know anyone in the area, ah.

I hope we get power back home today.  I'm finally warm on campus and I want to take a shower now.

Since we got 1.5 feet of snow
BBQ sauce smells bad

It's not all malo though, we pulled out the generator because my parents just have to have their television to watch movies they've seen a million times.  With that I was able to sneak my laptops charger in and enjoy UNLIMITED READ WORKS.  Oh, and a portable heater too but I don't like those because they suck and just use so much energy.

I guess this wasn't a totally sad thing but it was damn confusing.  Isn't I should say.  Hopefully I'll have power by Thursday or something.  Hrm.

If your campus has a public gym, hit the showers in there. Just wear flip-flops.

Ah, the regional campus I go to is too small.  It doesn't have a gym or anything like that unfortunately.  My best bet would to go a friend's or relative's house I guess.

If I get a D or F and retake the course, all evidence of the grade will be wiped from my transcript and GPA.  I just really can't afford to do that.

Hate this situation so much.

Why can't you afford to have all evidence of a grade wiped from your transcript and GPA? Sounds like a good deal to me. You may be being to hard on yourself.

I think it's more the "I can't afford to retake the course" (in terms of time and tuition).

Friend, you make the world a better place simply by existing. Those who can't see that kind of suck.

Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

This.

But in any case, I'm not going to get a C or a D or an F.  I don't care how badly I do on these midterms.  I'm going to show those bastards.  And then I'm going to keep showing them, and showing them.  This is my territory, and they don't get to have it.  I'll do whatever I have to, because this is the first chance all semester I've had to get ahead and do my homework early, and by goodness I am taking it.

Truean, eat them with a fork.  It's better than they deserve.

Man I'm starting to think Vector has loaded dice for Willpower checks. Or maybe all the sides are 20s.

Yea, don't let it get you down Truean. The real freak is the person who would abandon a friend over being different.

Keep burping up protein and cheap macaroni. Note to self: Eat a proper breakfast, even if rushed.
