Slept in my car this morning. Woken by what sounded like a domestic dispute outside. Parking buildings echo like hell.

So, I have been in unending pain for about 48 hours, even while I slept. I don't know what the hell is wrong with me but it isn't just migraines. I also have dangerously high blood pressure, but not high enough to be causing these headaches.

I might have assumed it was stress killing me, but my stress load has recently been reduced significantly and I am getting worse.

I suggest you go to the doctor and ask for a thorough examination. Your high blood pressure puts you at some risk, and there's a pretty good chance that that kind of pain could be a warning signal of something more serious coming down the road.
