 This always happens when somebody gets banned. People are surprised and wonder how it could happen. Especially if said people are known for tempers and getting into debate spats all the time. This is not a shock people.

I think it's important  to try to keep a degree of  calmness in arguments, even if you feel the urge to cast aspersions on the other guy's ancestry (chances are he thinks the same). If I find myself unable to do that, I add the offending parties to the ignore list (which is a great feature if you ask me)

When about half a dozen people start doing something specifically to antagonize you that's relatively hard.
Even if it was an utterly rediculous thing to get annoyed about.

While technically helpful suggestions, they don't really fit in with the faction's theme, which is a psuedo-religious thought controlling cult.
