Internet, some bad weather is no excuse to act like this, you're on a ground line.  Shape the fuck up.

Also, Fight Night Round 3 is too easy.  I'm on hard mode, my guy's never lost, and only two of his fights haven't ended in knockouts.  One of those was my first match, one was ended by the ref for the other guy's safety.

EVE's new update screws my computer royally, it bluescreens when I try to play.

I suppose I kinda knew this would happen. I was only just running it anyway.

The WTF thread seems to have disappeared. This saddens me.

Maybe it's the thread that is labelled "Awaiting Aproval"

The stuff with my mom, which I posted about a few days back, is making me feel sick.

She's been my only advocate and social contact for so long that I don't know what to do anymore.  I have to keep close contact for two more years, at least.  She wants me to be within visiting-every-week distance for the rest of my life.  I want to be on separate continents and talk on the phone at most once per month.  Of course, I haven't told her that because she'll cry and pressure me until I relent.  This is what happens every time I say I don't want to live nearby.

Similarly, she is so convinced about her bigotry that I have no way to educate her to the contrary.  Whatsoever.  She doesn't understand that the news is so spun up these days that she isn't learning anything true or honest about the world.

That, and I'm still very, very lonely.  I need the school year to start so that I can go find some professors to glom onto.  My German course is just annoying, not challenging or interesting in the least.  The three+ hours of social contact a day are making me really exhausted.  I go to class and then I don't have energy for anything else important.  I always have homework.  My female roommate is strong-arming me and treating me badly.  She's probably about twice my age.

I suspect it's because she's envious of my education and opportunities; at 21, I'm better-educated, more worldly, and better-read than she will ever be.  In any case, she's pitching a fit and pretty much taking every available opportunity to mess with me while pretending that we're friends, so that I can't ever fire back.  She's also displayed a certain amount of intolerance--enough that she creeps me out quite a bit.

I love my other roommates, but apparently she's just not going to leave, and these vendettas are just one of those things she pulls on people.  So I have to leave.

Too bad I don't have any desire to look for housing.

I've had to reset my modem seven times in the past two hours. That's annoying.

Made my first housing call for this round of search.

Oh my god =/  The guy was such a ... I don't want to say an asshole, because I'm thinking it's a lack of understanding of colloquial language and politeness conventions in English (he had a pretty heavy accent), which made him sound a bit needlessly aggressive for a simple housing appointment.  Put me off-guard, though.

What, you aren't even going to try and stand up for yourself? You said the others like you, get their support.

Let me put it this way.  She's doing things in an insidious and manipulative way.  When I asked the house leader guy about it and her being angry at me, he said: "Yeah, that's just ________.  Don't think it's you.  It's her."

Well, apparently this has happened over and over again, and she's still living there.

Furthermore, I have enough sense to realize that I don't want to be a person who takes three people who have been living together for 7+ years and leverages one out of there, when I know that there's a lot of other reasons why I should move out (distance from campus, lack of experience with other people, high rent, prefer to live with cleaner folks, prefer to live with people who form more of a community).

It's just one of those things where I wish I could stay, because I consider three of the people there my friends, wish I could leverage out the other girl vindictively, and know that that would be both immature and working counter to my long-term goals.  Also, two of the guys I like are probably on the verge of moving out, anyway, so ... yup.

Gotta leave.

I agree here. Noodling isn't going to do much, as it probably hasn't. Make her understand that what she does irritate you, and try to take a moment to realize that stuff like
Of course, I haven't told her that because she'll cry and pressure me until I relent.  This is what happens every time I say I don't want to live nearby.
that, is horrifically passive aggressive. I'm not so sure how you feel about that, but at least I can say that her that crying against something that YOU want, you, a 21 year old woman, is a bit obscene. You're old enough to make you're own decisions now, her expectations don't have to mean anything to you, and you needn't obligate yourself to them either.
Looking back at the many posts before, the one where you said she worried constantly if you were lesbian or some other things, take note in disregard of whether you are or not any of those things, someone does not truly love you unless they can accept you as you are first.
If she's constantly trying to make sure that >you< are not something, then she really just wants to love the you that she imagines, or rather fantasizes you to be.

I really wanted to forget this thread outright, but it's just too difficult. It is my sad of the day.

So... After some dizzyness and nausea... I end up spending anywhere from a half an hour to a full hour in the bathroom screaming because a fucking giant kidney stone I didn't even know I had was forcing it's way out of me.

God damn.

Leaving for Indiana later this evening.
I like that part, my dad and brother/brother's family are in Indiana.
Unfortunately, the morning after I get there, I leave for Tejas to see my whole family.
As awesome as they are alone, together is nothing but DRAMA!, which I fucking hate.
At least I only spend a little bit of time there, then I go back to Indiana.
