Obviously she represents all Chinese people and it's safe to say they're all like that.

Does she smile in the shower?

Only one way to find out!

Geeze vector, you promise a lot of photos, but don't post nearly as many...
But is this you?

Yeah, it's me, as you discovered.  The infamous "Vector rides a giant eagle" shot XD

Yeah... I'm lucky because I'm covered under my father's health insurance.  Really, really lucky.

And so, even though it's basically whining, I'll say that my problem is not with lenses but with frames.  My vision has pretty much stabilized.  My issue is that I like large lenses, my frames are going downhill, and frames for women that aren't fashionably narrow-lensed with big honking arms (seriously, why the hell) are pretty much impossible to get.  Not to mention that the salesperson always tries to sell me something to make me look cute.

I do not want to look cute, dear.  I want to look either like one of those dudely scientists with awesome square frames or, you know, myself.

BUT NO

when was the last time you went shopping for frames? with hipsters becoming trendy, large lenses frames have become much more common, at least here where i live. i'm not in the us, though

also, my bmi is 27.4... i never thought of myself as overweight

Nah, those are the ones with thick frames, usually, and I like narrow frames with largeish lenses.  See: picture.

But if that sort of thing is actually available where you live, I'll have to try again.

Vector, you just need to go frame shopping in dt SF. Crazily, wonderfully eccentric glasses abound.

Actually my older pair of glasses from years back are 'hipster glasses' with thick rectangular frames made before hipster fashion became popular. Hah.

I want to get a perfectly round and rimless set next. I have a half rimless oval one now.

EDIT: chinese girls do not all smile. Some of the moodiest women I know are chinese. Also, we should all stop treating types of girls as monolithic entities to be boxed into preconcieved notions.

Slept for a while, with the occasional interruption, now i feel worse, got a damn headache and i should study, plus that awful awful taste in your mouth when you sleep during the day.On the bright side there is a lunar eclipse tonight, but it seems it's too cloudy now, i hope it clears up.

I think it's too cloudy here as well. Gonna wait up some and see if it improves. Also gives me reason to stay awake untill the cat comes home. She's out after curfew again, the mischievous little rodent.

Too damn cloudy for me to see the eclipse.
And doesn't seem like they're gonna go away anytime soon.

I didn't even know there was an eclipse until I opened up Google. Apparently you should be able to see it from Australia, but it's 6:36 AM here and it's pitch black!
