that

didn't anybody thought euld's post was a bit ironic?  i'm not a fan of gore myself, it either disturbs me a bit if it's well done, or simply boring and embarrassing if it's not, but to be complaining about explicit violence in the forum of a game that tells you specifically which of your organs that bolt trespassed, is a bit ironic

I LOVE gore, but gore does not make a good movie. A story does, however.

there's more to a movie than just the story, though, a good story doesn't make a good movie, or a good book either, it just makes a good story.

My reaction to gory movies is usually laughter. Not at the movie, (I have no emotional reaction at all to that) at all the people around me being grossed out as I stare impassively at it.

That laughter can quickly stop if those other people force the movie to be turned off :(

Somebody in the neighbourhood thought it was a splendid idea to light a fire, so smoke disturbed my (for once sunny and warm) breakfast in the garden. Then, since it was a whole fucking lot of smoke, I had to take a walk through the forest which it blew from to convince myself it wasn't actually a real fire. When I came back, a bird had crapped on my chair. On the cloth seat, to be more precise. I also slightly suspect (though it's probably just paranoia) the bird might have taken off with a piece of my sandwich, so now I hope I don't get some nasty parasite or disease from eating the rest of it.

Some days don't start well.

Since it's Sunday, isn't it illegal to start fires or something?

I'm falling into a deeper state of depression...

It's not the first time it has happened, though.

Why would it be?

That really sucks, man. I know how you feel. Have you considered going into therapy, though?
