I just found a loaf of bread in a plastic bread bag. I left it on the side of the dinner table and half of the bread dropped out onto the floor. They are now in the bin.

Nah. Not been that hungry since I was homeless.
We can afford food, not a whole lot, but enough to not starve.

 I would have a lot of comments on this depending on where that floor was located.

 Food is precious. Every week I sort out like 600lbs of bread that was going to be thrown away to help my sister distribute it to families in the community that struggle to get by. It's amazing how many services there are to feed the poor and homeless in the DC area, and it's saddening that there are people out there who don't have similar programs to utilize.
