To be honest. Anyone that goes "WHA HA NOOOOO TOUHOU IS TOO HARDDD ><" are bullet hell babys. Lunatic in those games is barely comparable to some older and tougher arcade games. Ikaruga is even harder.

And no you can't use the mouse. You need to be too precise on harder difficulty's for the mouse to make sense.

I tried Ikaruga once.

I don't remember how bad I did, but I probably didn't even get past the main menu.

I'll happily complain Touhou is too hard, then follow up with noting that I suck at it. I'd play it at work, but the one I have (8) is too big for my pen drive.

Just saying. I'm not even that good at the bullet hell school of shmups. Normal is effectively my limit but I do know that objectively, Touhou is no Dodonpatchi.

And really. Every game in existence is just learning the patterns so don't feel weird about that. Even in FPS games you end up picking up on AI quirks and such.

So yeah, I'm sad because Sealab 2021 died a slow, horrible death.  I was disappointed when it stopped airing, but I can see why.  They had to make room for anime and more unfunny Brendon Small shows.

I guess I never noticed, because I didn't start watching Sealab until it was nearly over anyway, but yeah, it's pretty obvious in retrospect.  Shame, that was some damn hilarious stuff in the early episodes.  I'm just disappointed they got around to a Jabberjaw reference.  At least not one I ever saw.

I am also saddened.  I bizarro need my stimutacs!!!!

It died because Harry Goz carried the whole show on his hardened nipples (And there go my nipples again...). There was no more show when he died.
