Interesting... what's their reasoning behind the Rapture occurring on May 21st?

I have always been mistaken for being 3 or 4 years older than I really am. Pick an age, any age, and people have thought that I was quite the adult in appearance.

Rather lately, I received the comment "How old are you? 25?" "22, thanks."

Also, for some reason I always imagined Vector being taller than me. I'm 5'9~.

I laugh at you teeny tiny baby peoples!

Muahaha!

A little freaked out... a friend linked a video to my Facebook wall that's supposedly the "execution video" of Bin Laden.  The preview picture was a bit disturbing also.  Sure it only looked like someone punched Bin Laden in the face a bunch, but it occurred to me that might have been a picture of his dead body.  I don't want to see that...

5'4". That's nearly Vector's height, so I'm good at maths. That works, right?

Several concussions say otherwise.

I hit my head on the top of a doorframe once. It was because I was going down a rather steep flight of stairs way too fast, and decided to skip the last dozen or so steps. When my wife realized that I wasn't hurt, she laughed so hard. That may have been because of the pratfall, but I like to think that she's more sophisticated than that.

I feel sorry for TMoM.

Also, I feel like I have let my closest friend down. :(

I read the answer once (they are prominent in this area...there are even billboards up announcing the impending End of the World), and it basically amounted to "This guy (who has made similar predictions in the pat and been proven wrong) said so, because he found the super-secret sneaky maths in the Bible". Basically a bunch of Christian gematriya bullshit being used by a guy to bilk rubes out of their money.

Tell them that I'll take care of their house after the rapture for $10 up front. The offer is only good for a year, though, so if it's actually next year, it'll cost another $10.

Doubt that would work. From what I've read, most of the "followers" have sold all their stuff, quit their jobs, and now spend their time driving the country in buses and vans, spreading "the good news".

Spoiler: Next stop--Salvation! (click to show/hide)

You *can* offer to watch their pets, though.
