I never saw his bigoted posts. Maybe that's a good thing.

I have armpit hair, but never before has it become tangled. Or if it has, I haven't tried combing it and finding out the level of tanglitude.

He was the one person on whom I used the 'ignore' function. Not because he was the most annoying poster I've seen, but because after I used it on him I realised that I click the 'view this post anyway' out of reflex.

I heard a raccoon on my roof, ran to get the flashlight, and confirmed I wasn't hallucinating from lack of sleep. The trap is out, set with leftover roast and a chunk of fat for bait. I live in a city, so I can't just kill it and have it over with, I'll (assuming of course that I catch it) end up driving it waaaaaay out into the country and releasing it someplace. (yes yes, leather gloves for bites when releasing, towel for vomit in the trunk, etc.)

I'm using http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Animal_trapping#Cage_traps one of these, by the way, before I get angry messages about animal cruelty.
Update:
Saw it again on a different part of the roof, so it's not just passing through.

Proceed with caution. We had a raccoon in our roof a couple of years back. I was going to try to deal with it myself, until multiple people advised me that that was a good way to wind up with lots of lacerations. Raccoons are a lot bigger than they look, and when cornered, they'll fight like a demon.

I saw it after it had been trapped, and it was the size of a medium dog. Critter would have tore my face off in a confined space.

I just saw a website saying "SCIENCE IS EVIL AND INFLUENCED BY PORN! PORN IS THE REASON WHY PEOPLE WANT TO RESEARCH STEM CELLS! EVOOOL!"

What the fuck? Do they even know what created the internet?

Didn't it start out in, I think, 70s with some science dudes wanting to be able to easier share their research, and then military said: "that's pretty awesome, we could use something like that" *funding*

and then it just spiralled out of control.

You really aren't thinking like a dwarf.

If you think it is down too far, you move it up until it reaches an acceptable elevation.

According to the guy that made my PC, it's probably going to get slower and more crashy because of that update.
