Subjective though humour may be, if a joke is clocking in as less witty than a That's What She Said, it probably doesn't qualify as a joke at all.

I feel mentally exhausted. I wish I could just lay down in the sun and go back to sleep, but of course I have an appointment with one of my doctors in a few hours.
