There is a number of possible reasons.
I've been on them a couple of times, always short-term. Felt a similar sensation at the beginning.

I've only taken one pill so far, it's too soon for that. Maybe I'm just having a downish day... Or evening.

I knew a guy who had 40cm long hair. Dude was a metal head too. Was kinda shocking when he had it all cut off.

I had hair down to the middle of my back a few years ago.  I even had my hair done like Legolas for my wedding.

I eventually couldn't stand it anymore

1.  So fucking hot.  My ears and the back of my neck would get so hot it was painful at times.
2.  I had kids and worked at a physical job, surrounded by conveyor belts.  It was in the way and in danger of getting caught in stuff way too often.

Even though I was incredibly fed up with it by the time I cut it off, I still couldn't help but be sad about it.  I especially miss getting mistaken for a girl every time I went out in public.  The double-takes and awkwardness were so much fun.

All the tons of sides of posts I feel I should read that you have all written make me a little sad D: All I did was go to a birthday and theres tons of stuff suddenly!

Also, being reminded of how close I've been to lose my sister today made me quite sad. And the fact that my brother didn't show up to mothers birthday pissed me off and makes me want to cry that he doesn't take his life seriously sitting on his fat ass in his apartment living behind his laziness using his sickness as a shield to protect his lazy self. He's gonna die of fatness for not taking himself fucking seriously ;_;.

Also, being brutally misunderstood in the Pakistan thread makes me think I should read things through a few more times to make sure my points get across right.

I hate how my entire family calls me retarded when I don't know where things go. I also hate it when my mother chastises me for not hearing her and for crying. When I'm sad, a good crying session can bring my spirits back up. I remember going to cry after being really depressed and then being on top of the world when I was done. I don't even cry out loud. Nobody even knows until they see me wipe tears from my eyes. Well, she came home today with so many groceries that we don't even have room in our fridge. I was trying to put things where they would fit and I had to endure several bad comments from my sister while she put them where they belong. She doesn't really affect me much, though. Then my mom told me to put something somewhere and she paused for a second while trying to think where she wanted me to put them. I just stood there, waiting for her to gesture and she told me not to be stupid. Also, she was saying something to me and I had to ask her to repeat because I couldn't hear her and she yelled at me. She caught me crying a moment ago and she asked me what's wrong and I told her "Nothing, it's alright." but she getting trying to pry at me. I finally decided to say something and I just didn't know how to say it. I just told her that I hated it when I can't really hear her and she says that she expects me to be on top of things and just to be ready at a moment's notice, but I can't really when she's talking to me like I'm in the same room as her. It may be this heat, but she's like this regardless of the temperature.
One thing that made this a little better was my brother not lecturing me on how terrible my sister and I are.
