Been to Ireland? Beautiful when it aint raining, beautiful when it is. And if you're over 18 and know a local, they can be very puarvasive about getting you to the pub. My cousins managed to get my Dad, who drinks at the most twice a year, raging drunk. Wonderful people.

What's the definition for Cafeteria in the country in question, I think is what's most important. Because I'm envisioning either multiple stalls selling stuff like chips and waffles (Belgian waffles ohmygod) or a bunch of fast food joints.
