Bah.

I'm kind of tired of the stereotypically female speech pattern that involves asking false questions.

Example (concocted by myself):

"I always thought it was a bit weird.  But this?  This is fabulous, and so funny and heartrending, and it's so them."

It's the combination of the italics and the question marks in odd places that seems to get to me.

Bah. Whats wrong with rhetorical questions?

It's those short little sentences for emphasis.  Just, you know--short ones?  Like that.  I'm sure you can understand just how annoying it gets when you read page after page of people explaining how very intelligent and insightful they are by employing this communicative device.

Well, to be fair, my usual avatar thing is inanimate objects of gentlemanly persuasion. Especially monocles.

I just failed to resist the adorableness. Also the monocle.

The med prev exam went badly again. This time I had studied quite throughly (well, ok, I had skimmed it the former day, but still, I knew what I was talking about) the relevant chapters. But for some reason they decided to stray from  their usual "questions about actual med prev data" and instead decided to ask questions about the dates of congresses, and to identify the authors of quotations. Utter ridiculous.

At least I hope I did the two method questions well. Albeit since the ones from today fell on the "identify the most correct one", and concerned a matter which has been left rather ambiguous, I'm not too sure.
