I would say that an important part of learning any language is being able to violently swear at people in it.

Go for it.

Possibly, but I just wanted to know how to say eggs.  As in, chicken eggs.

Swearing violently is for later.

Internet crashed again this morning. Missed most of the Amnesia livestream.

Ah well, at least the little I've seen helped me sleep.

The sad thread has 25,000 replies. It is the second largest thread on the forums.

*sigh*

You know how it is in introductory language classes, where you're expected to write three little paragraph-long essays every week?  And you end up writing about where you live, your family, your friends, and so on ad nauseum?

Yeah, well.  Here I am again, with another three essays to write until I'm done with this semester's homework--seriously, all of it--and I can't figure out what to say I enjoy.  How many times can I talk about which sports people play, what books they like to read, and the music they enjoy listening to?  Seriously, people!  Seriously!
