False. Getting your attacker on the ground in pain ASAP means you're less likely to end up on the ground, in pain. Kicking an attacker in the royal prerogative isn't "fighting dirty". The idea that there's another kind of fighting except "dirty" outside of a gym/dojo is a daft one.

While I understand what you mean... yes, it is most certainly fighting dirty, especially if you do so pre-emptively. It's crossing a line that shouldn't really be crossed unless actually necessary.
