In all honesty, for these schmucks it's instinctive to be assholes and pick on staff because in their mind, staff is solely there for them to pick on, more so if it's female staff. The only way you'll get them to stop is make them immediately ask themselves "Will this cause me grievous bodily harm?".

Frankly, I'd rather just take the crap, since my only other job option would leave me unable to see Tenshi at all during the week.

Like I said, either put up with it or make it obviously clear that such conduct will have unpleasant repercussions, either from you or from the strategically-placed sec. guard nearby.

dude i know it works, one time i was working in a office for a week. i was watching a receptionist getting hit on by every guy in the place, next day she brings her hockey equipment and they all cleared out, then i had a nice chat with her about hockey :P
