 Comcast is being prissy about my dads credit card, no longer accepting that type of card for whatever reason. So yeah, internet may get spotty soon if they decide that they are not gonna handle this cleanly.

Despite really not wanting to, I think now is a good time to admit my crushing defeat at the hands of my island game. It was fun while it lasted, but I just can't keep up anymore.

Tv tropes ruined my day... I got to a webcomic, at the start it all had christian views and overall was nice, goofy all that. Last couple of pages had the protagonist... kill everyone. While being really disturbing. Enough to make me feel ill.

And the island's curse claims one more soul. I'm sorry, MZ... things like that are a bigger investment than they're often given credit, so at least no one will fault you for it. You actually got yours off the ground too, which is good on you!

My computer's been giving me crap lately. Looks like I'll be spending the next few days backtracking and finding out the source of the problem, plus spending hours virus scanning and defragging and etc. Well, actually, I already got the defragging done, so it's mostly scanning.

Reading "Beyond the Pleasure Principle", has rewarded me with a terrible insight about myself.
Knowing what I have to look out for, is basically a good thing, but the shock hasn't worn off yet.

I need to stop trying to play games when I see 'DirectX whatever' with the disk files.
Especially if they're fullscreen.
Then they lag like hell and I have to kill X because I can't find a way to exit.
