Yellow-creamish is probably masking tape.
Could also be painter's tape, which is just expensive and less sticky masking tape.
Painter's tape is usually blue, though.

The fact I'm probably going to get written up... again... after tonight because I had a customer who was a complete pendeja who was not only dumb as a sack of rocks but exceedingly rude and refused to follow any instructions I tried to guide her through all the while getting more irritated at ME for being unable to wave a magic wand and fix her problem which she didn't want to listen to me and just wanted to be a bitch.  She ended the call by attempting to curse me out, calling me a horrible person and horrible at my job (I'm sorry that your IQ is so low that you need to wear earplugs reminding you to breathe, bitch) and that she was going to call again the morning to file a complaint against me for not helping her.  I know they'll write me up because this is one of those companies who, despite the actual problem, always blames the worker.  And I was getting used to being able to actually partially enjoy a job for once too. :\

Fucking worthless cunt should be glad I don't copy her home IP and address and get her IP blacklisted so she will most likely never be able to get online in that household again.
