It is a great place to live, however, if you enjoy horrific eldritch abominations and nightmarish supernatural phenomena.

The cold lately has been unreal. It was 18 degrees in North Carolina yesterday, with a wind chill of eight. I know that probably doesn't sound like that much to those of you who live north of NC, but that never happens here. It was also warmer in New York City on the same day, somehow.

This is true.

I'm sad that I'm becoming more involved in the atheism and wikileaks threads.

Science doesn't work like that. Besides, it has been done in the past with some success.

Well apparently the Mirai Nikki OVA is only 9 minutes.
That can hardly be called anything really.

And I didn't even watch that Mythbusters episode, I'll watch it tomorrow probably.

If you're still working on that physics problem...

Find the force produced by the suspended block hanging over the precipice. Divide that by the mass of the whole system, and that will show you the acceleration of the two blocks. (They're tied together, and thus share a mass and acceleration for the system as a whole)

Ugh, friggin atheist thread, inspiring me to basically write a treatise on my thoughts on the matter.

It's a taxing process. I'm pretty tired now, and hoping I didn't say something stupid.

It was also kind of a depressing thing to have to do.

I have to write a letter for English.
I suck at writing letters.
I also don't like writing letters.
Upside is, it's a letter to a soldier, so I can write it to Strife instead of some anonymous dude, but it doesn't seem to be helping me write this.
Grah.

You know what sucks about being technically inept?  When I do something right I'm constantly on edge because there's no way I did it right, something must be wrong and it just hasn't made itself apparent yet.  Like this computer.  I am constantly imagining the smell of burnt plastic, every little noise I hear from near the computer is something breaking, it's driving me crazy.  I am so damn paranoid about this thing.

Also, I can't pronounce the word "flamethrower," it tends to come out "flamethower"

Bluh.
That took much longer than it should have.
