Pathos/Vahan  Bandages/ Elegy

And MoM, it shouldn't bother you so much that people are calling you a sock-troll or whatever. Why create drama where none exists, right? :)

I think it started with the guy who posted alot of random crap, and everyone got angry and yelled he was a troll or an alt, then people started accuseing, seriously or jokeingly, other people of being alts.
As I recall, it started with Hungry freaking out over being accused of being Armok. I really wish Armok would post more, now that we're on the subject.

Me too.  For all people complained about him, I miss him.  Him and Nikov.  And Neruz.

Gyah Neruz shouldn't've been banned damnit.

Although Nikov's one is only temporary.

Nikov's is only temporary, but I get the feeling that he's gone fatalistic about being banned for being a conservative on us, and is going to end up making a self-fufilling prophecy. I never knew Neruz, but if his being banned is as unfair as you all make it sound, perhaps you could try appealing to Toady?

I don't think I've ever seen a successful appeal on an internet forum.

Neruz was like Hercules. A generally okay guy who has some bouts of insanity.

This is because forum moderators are not forum members.

Mods go "THEY BROKE THE LAW.", members go "That dude was awesome!"

As much as I miss Neruz, his banning was warranted.  I haven't seen a ban yet that wasn't.  Toady's policy on banning begins at being intentionally abrasive without any conceivable cause, and ends at continuing after being warned not to.  Bragging about breaking the "rules" will do it even faster.  Neruz, Torak, Yanlin, Okenido, all them warranted.

Oh, and posting direct links to outright porn, or piracy sources.  That'll do it too.
