It's... it's not that bad, guys...
If the 'SAT Test Question Of The Day' emails are any clue, this test should be pretty easy. The essay might be hard, but I usually write my essays in the last hour before they're due anyway.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

We must be taking a different college test.  Last time I did the Scholastic Aptitude Test you followed a rigorous time schedule that started with the writing essay and then went on alternating between math and reading multiple choice questions.

EDIT:  Well I misunderstood what you meant, you were saying you can write a good essay fast while I thought you could finish at anytime during the SAT.

The SAT does stink, but it really isn't all that tough.

As for why you are doing it... Well, there isn't much anyone else can do to help you with that one. What is it you want to DO once you're out of college?

If you do well on the SAT, here's something cool to know:  The GRE is barely any harder at all.  (GRE = grad school admissions test)

My wife threatened to destroy my computer today. I had to walk away, or there would be blood.

I'm starting to think that we need to see a marriage counselor, because just up and disappearing wouldn't be very fair to my daughter, no matter how tempting it is sometimes.

Don't care too much for the difficulty, just more concerning its length on a weekend.

Is there any wonder why some days I'm so jacked up to go get deserted on an island?

Heh, I had not noticed, because my book covered all but her face.
It's a beautiful tune, though.

I've never taken the SAT, but I got a 29 on the ACT.  36 English, 31 reading, 23 math, 25 science.
