Put on glasses and a silly hat, of course.

Damn, I was looking forward to seeing the new "the Tempest" adaptation, and it's getting only reserved-to-poor reviews. My high expectations are dying quietly.

Internet's been cutting out lately.
I've got terminal up pinging Google so I can know immediately when it cuts out again.

My MTG booster packs finally arrived today. What I got in them? Absolutely worthless cards (A foil Razor Boomerang among them ::)). Not even one mythic rare. Come on, those things are supposed to show up 1 in 8 packs, how does it turn out that I get zero in 14 of them? (I wonder what the probability for that to happen is anyway)

Oh, not to mention that I actually ordered 15, not 14 packs. Dammit.

(1 - (1/8))14 = (7/8)14 = just over 15%

You're unlucky, but not horribly so.  Assuming a normal distribution, that's still within two standard deviations of normal.

Of course, that's disregarding the 100% chance that you're spending way too much on a really embarrassing game.

Imagine someone really cute. Like Recette.

Now imagine her with glasses and a silly hat.

Yes, you should either be spending less money on it or switch to a less embarrassing game.

Il-2 Sturmovik hates America.  Playing a Zero against a Wildcat, there was a period of 30 seconds or so where the plane flew straight ahead without attempting to dodge my withering volley of fire.

Playing a BF-109 against Hurricanes, it was like fighting the Terminator.  As soon as I get a shot lined up they start pulling out all these crazy maneuvers.  It was ridiculous.

Also, extremely one-sided fights are fun.  Me-163 versus four 1939 biplanes?  Hell yeah bro.
