I've started letting Facebook wither on the vine. Partly because of the privacy concerns, and partly because its becoming as cluttered and shitty-looking as MySpace.

This is so last year's complaint, TBH.  They've cleaned up the app clutter a lot since then.

Simple. Tell them you have a policy of no work friends on Facebook. My wife and I both have that policy. A lot of people do now, actually. Plus, that way they'll think you called them friends.

Probably the smart thing to do.  I was going to follow this policy, but then I started becoming real friends with people at work and I was like "why not!"  Hasn't caused problems yet.

Well I've set everything on private, so only the very few people I have added, can see the very few personal info I have disclosed.
I don't play on using it much, just checking every now and then if I have any new messages.
Maybe it'll gain significance once I go to the university (doing civil service right now, a alternative to military service, which is compulsory in my country).

Of everything I have every encountered, these give me the worst feeling.
