Ah, Halloween. And I am still on crutches. Ah well, at least I'll get off of them before Christmas.

On another note, I'm seriously considering using something to make my crutches look like Tank arms. That would be epic.

Since I've played all the Ace Attorney games so far I might as well try out the Professor Layton games.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

I dunno, you guys have survived Thomas the tank engine, golems, zombies, nuclear explosions, laser whales, and being on the same team as ragnarock.  I don't think something as tame as a world ending rain of lava will even slow you guys down.

Finding out that the new version almost came out today fills me with sads.

Also, even when the new version of DF does come out I probably won't be able to play it because my desktop is still indisposed and will probably be forever.

Just generate some pocket worlds. For all its complexity, DF is still pretty low on system requirements.
