All this semi-boasting, semi-lamenting about cutting vital activities down to the wire makes me think I should dust off my old Adventures in Procrastination thread.  It was enjoyable while it lasted.

School started yesterday.

Whinging aside, where do you live that school starts the last day of September?

I used to start university the 20thsomething of september too. Alas, not anymore :/

Have you tried exercise?  Having a job that required a lot of movement or exercising helped me sleep very well.

And also, I'm said because I finally found the Writer's Guild thread but have no actual time in the next two days to read all of it :/

Well it does, I think steam hates you if you don't have a fast connection, cause for me it crashes a lot, especially if I try to load a steam game while its downloading.

Sure you can't get an EVDO modem or something? Maybe use a laptop gaming rig and leech off of someone else's wifi...

Leech off who's wifi? I don't live in town, unless you expect the Amish down the road to have an internet connection better then mine?

I was stuck with about the same internet speed for months, Steam worked fine.  Ask anybody I talked with.

Your 3 hours of progress shouldn't be lost when steam crashes. It's usually pretty good about that, so if you're losing progress from a crash there might be something wrong with your intall.
