I hope to never use a credit card much. Paying with what money you actually have seems more sensible.

Sadly, no online retail site allows anything but a credit card (that I've seen before, anyhow). I'm a very careful spender and can make a little go a long way, but if I ever want to order anything online, ever? Hah. If I could actually get approved for one, I'd be setting aside the equivalent money from my budget beforehand so that when I pay it it's already been accounted for, but that seems unlikely to happen as I'm a student who's had difficulty getting work lately :\

You can use a check card, issued at any Credit Union or Bank, tied directly into your Checking Account.

It is actually very wise to use the credit card all the time for things you know you can pay off. It shows you can handle debts and raises your credit score. Taking out loans and paying them also really helps. It's only when you take out multiple loans and miss payments that your score goes into the gutter.

My brother had an excellent score because of this, helped him move to Switzerland.

Meanwhile, I'm not sure if it should go here or somewhere else, but I realised that with my skills, I'll never be able to get a job working with anything other than computers, music, or certain types of manual labour.

Last year or so my mom made me learn more about my job choice. After learning that to be an engineer you had to have a 90% average or something like that, i went back to teenage apathy as my future profession.

I brought my 1.8 GPA up to 3 in less than 24 hours, and I can get it even higher tomorrow, probably over 3.5, at least.
You can do it, man.

Using a calculator, I've found out that it's actually really close to pi.

This poem.

On the Death of a Five-Year-Old
By Simeon Dumdum, Jr.

You'll need a board, one-by-eight-by-twenty,
A hammer, a saw.

To start,
Hold a thread on the child, vertically
For length, the shoulders for width.
Saw off the board on two benches to get
The back, the sides, the lid.
Put together with a handful of nails.

You haven't planed, or painted, or cut
Any edge--
No coffin is ever a work of art.

Art miraculously jumped from 63% to 86% because I brought crayons, Japanese was only failing because I didn't turn in a project, Trig was 76% because of teacher error, mostly, and I didn't turn in any of the note cards, which I just did today, English is still failing, but at least I'm failing less, Bio, History, and Health were 100.5%, 89.5%, and 86% already, so I didn't need to get them up.

My internet connection has inexplicably gotten really really slow. I don't know what happened that caused it.

Yeah that's been happening for me too. Downloads are taking at least thrice the time they should be... Who's your ISP?

Bright House. Seeing as I'm not alone on this, I think they're updating their services a tad. At least, I've noticed the cable service acting up one time or another as well.

I'm doing a spy/malware scan to be safe.

EDIT:
I'm safe, apparently. I think BH is just updating.
